Our Story
The American Language Academy (TALA) has been established to meet the urgent need for education and economic growth in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Central and South America. Many Arab countries from Morocco to the Arabian Gulf need only to develop the human resources they already have. Our mission is to make TALA a common and achievable concept for both private and public institutions in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. We strive to deliver you home all advancements in the American unique educational system and staff training techniques.
All indicators show us that education is a great resource which every nation can use to build capacity and increase prosperity. We provide expert professional development and implementation programs for a variety of educational products and services.
Our group is dedicated to using the latest advancements and best practices in supporting business, industry, organizations, and or institutions in professional development and education.
We are experts in professional development, implementing educational programs, and building a workforce which is skilled in learning, language, and culture needed to compete in a global economy. Our goal is to expand the positive impact TALA beyond the Middle East and into additional countries searching for prosperity through the wealth of their people’s skills.

We live in a global world in which access to the newest ideas are only a click away. Yet in the field of education, many of the best practices and state-of-the-art technologies remain inaccessible to the global educator. Similarly, the best programs in the United States can be difficult to gain acceptance in if you are not an American citizen.
Our goal is to democratize the global education market. We offer teacher recruitment and training programs that focus on best practices, effective use of technology, balanced assessment, and efficient instructional strategies. We also offer assistance to the prospective student, including placement in intensive English courses and university programs. Finally, we offer exchanges and tours for Arabic language learners to Arabic-speaking countries where they can combine language study with cultural immersion.
Our business philosophy is to make student, educator, employee, and manager training and development, a common currency and an achievable reality for both public and private educational institutions and general businesses on a global scale. This will be achieved through the relentless drive and focus of the management team at TALA to utilize training and development, best practices and state of the art technology that are currently used in theAmerican system of education and staff training.
